ShamaraCustomJewelry.com must receive full payment prior to shipment of a Customer order. Customers that would like to expedite an order delivery can maintain a credit card or debit card account on file (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) and we will charge the account any balance due at the time the order is shipped. The additional shipping cost will always first be approved by the Customer before ShamaraCustomJewelry.com charges the additional amount.
For Credit Card payments ShamaraCustomJewelry.com can only ship to the address of the card holder which must be the same as the billing address. For Customers that would like to ship to an address other than the credit card billing address, please contact your issuing bank and have the requested shipping destination added as an authorized alternate “ship-to” address in the “memo/record” field. ShamaraCustomJewelry.com will then contact your bank using the bank number you have provided to verify this information after your order has been placed.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express and will ship your order when it is complete and upon approval of your charge.
- For jewelry that is on hand, orders will be shipped within forty-eight (48) hours of being received and fully paid. For jewelry that needs to be made, orders will be shipped within fourteen (14) days of being received and fully paid. Upon being shipped, please allow five (5) to ten (10) days for arrival of the order. In the event that ShamaraCustomJewelry.com will need more time to ship order, Customer will be contacted by phone or email at the earliest possible time.
